Hide made lots improvement since Phoenix pro which he place 2nd.
epc his waist looks smaller now.
and he may just around 210 lbs at Olympia next week.

what the fuck?.....$25,000 is pocket change compare to the Mr O 1st prize. this is unacceptable. at least $45k would have been good
