After how many years of the internet, and we still see these guys online?!?! But never in an actual gym.

Maybe we should get the sales records from Ivanko and see how many sets of 170 DB's they've sold to home gym goers. :P

Right on, Squad.  I've said from day one there's something not right about this clown and a lot of the training "advice" he gives.  Complete bullshitter.  I'd be curious to see what this colossus looks like.  He's probably a buck 70 soaking wet ;D

The highest amount of weight I've seen anyone bench is 180kg, that's about 400lbs.

One arm deadlifts , if you can master that with two 20s on each end than holding a dumbbell weighing the same would be easy..
