Nice natural structure wide shoulders narrow waist & hips good balance and proportions , you're a natural ( no pun ) good luck at the N.A. you're ahead of the game at this point.

shopulder work out is
a machine nautilus or hammer
1 plarte for 20, 2 plates for 15 ,3 plates for 10 ,4 plates for 10, five plates for as may as i can with good form then i do half reps at the top for 5..
then i drop set two plates at time repping out...............then reverse pec dec starting around 220 and dropp setting at least 5 times......then 2 set up right rows for 12 then two sets of dumbells or cable raises for 10, thne shrugs for three sets with 80 to 100 lb dumbells with 5 sec pauses at the tp of every rep iam done in about 30 -45 min then abs
thats my workout and anyone is welcome to join me anytime

I've done 5 reps with said weight (450 lbs) when I was around 220, but I had someone give me a lift up for the first rep :-[

I know that cardio and diet brings out your abs, blah blah blah...but what exactly do you do when training them?
Exercise, number of sets, number of reps, etc.?

Forget the poundage ego if your depleted, everyone knows that score, nobody has jack to say about your results anyway. I want me some more anterior delts, Ive found a few ways, and made progress, but yours are freak.

and they'd see nothing like your results.

too lazy diet is 450 grams of protein and 350 grams of carbs with a shot of flax in th emorning thats as detailed as i am getting

I rarely work my calves and the measure almost 23 inches..granted they're not super cut right now but you can definately see the separate muscles and some striations. Everyone ask me what I "do" to get big calves...but are suprised when I tell them "nothing really". My dad, brother, uncles all have big calves.
This dude here is freaking sick looking, great motivation but like most guys that can pull this awesome look...their DNA comes into play.

Were you like one of the top 1% Naturaly muscular guys in High school to start, or did it develop more over time?
Just curious... You know, you look at any HS class, and there's like 3-4 Guys that are very unusual.
But some BBers seem to be able to develop from skin and bones here and there...
