McGrath is four weeks into his off-season prep and training for the 2013 Flex pro. Hany Rambad is working with McGrath and if you know anything about the Hany, he leaves nothing to chance. So you know McGrath is on good hands gaining the size he needs to compete on better ground next year.

He did well at a contest like a yr or two ago, I wonder how his tricep looks now.
