The ones the cops hold are better they're not the same. Also checking your blood alcohol level is not a method of reducing your blood alcohol level. If you don't feel buzzed or drunk, but you know you're over 0.08% BA level ( You should know when this is as you are a drunk and drink all the time ) just drink water and wait 2 hours and BOOM. Isn't that amazing? Or just don't drink and not have to worry.
