Overall very good.

Work on not being all over the place with body movements, hand gestures and stuff like that during your stand-up segment.

Keep the mentioning of sponsors to a moderate level, we know after you mention it the two first times that Chapman Media Group is a sponsor.

It doesn't help the sponsor to mention the name eleventy billion times. Quality over quantity.

But overall, a very good performance, you really seem to have the natural talent for shyte like this.

hey shawn when u decided to get back into shape did u still use your usual rep scheme and weight or were u doing more reps and less weight.

No, I trained lighter, fast paced as usual.
I wasn't trying to necessarily train for "Appearance" as I was training for over all General Fitness.
The Bodybuilding portion of my life is over and that style of training is too.

Good stuff Shawn

Keep broadening out the types of training to reach a wide audience. Bring in as many special guests and experts as possible. Keep the biology and tech at an understandable and common sense level.

Theres a huge 40 and up audience who need this advioce and will appreciate the format. teach 'em how to move some blood and that you cant flex fat.
