I think Hugo Rivera at About.com needs to get a clue. He posted the guide below to getting in shape for spring break today, 3/21/2007. Unless you are already in shape, you aren't going to make any major changes before spring break, which has already started for many schools and is only a week or two away for other schools.
Maybe a getbigger should contact About.com and try to take over Rivera's job.
