True.Only drawbacks are:1) Little to no strength to do lighter than 15 reps, or more than a few sets per exercise.2) Insomnia3) Perpetual hungerBut other than that, yeah. They work. Only thing is you have to be careful to transition quickly back to carbs without overdieting on them for too long.

Yes that is all true as well: However there is an exception. High fat- fuels workouts and kills hunger cravings.The problem is when people eat low to no carbs for 5 days and then have a cheat meal or cheat day. Since it takes the body roughly 2 days to get back in a fat burning mode you've really only ate low carbs for 3 days. Do this for months on end and you won't lose a thing and that's where people trip up.
