I was 5'8 around 180 here. I'm 30 now.

I had all kinds of other pics on the wall and my desk, tv and bedroom were in the way so I had my little brother help me move it so we could take the pics without anything in the way. Notice my stack of Flex and Musclemag in the last pic

I made it to the 1200 club for my weight lifting class that year...320 bench, 440 squat, 280 miltary press 180 clean

(I was always afraid my wrist would snap

) I was fast as fuck also.

I used to eat like shit...Flaming Hot Cheetos and Doritos, Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey and Cherry Garcia, Del Taco Macho Combo Burritos and tons of candy. If I look at any of this shit now I put on 10lbs.
