lol, i just dress like a meathead. , thanks bro about my biceps lookin okay. i wasnt or never was huge by bodybuilding standards but i felt good at 190lbs, i was living on tuna,tuna and more tuna.

hey "bigmc", why are you asking, are you very curious? the bathroom pic is at home, the other is at the gym, training partner took that.bjj, ive always wondered how you looked(yes, homo), looking good there, and you look much much younger than you are.lucky genetics.what you mean by homework?its all drugs, bit food and lifting. no serious, talking for myself, yes there was plenty of homework to be learned and tried by myself.at first i had no clue about diet, it was terrible, mcdonalds pre and post workout.i remember i saw flex wheeler drinking grapejuice out of a gallon box, so i drank a gallon of that daily for a while, haha, stuff like that.the drugs have always been there, that was easiest part, esp as i didnt care about sides, infact i looked forward to get bitchtits and go bald then thatd be settled by surgery and shaving, respectively.then the training thing, feeling the muscle really work, this took long long time to develop, this is essential for a good build imho.one can take all the drugs, but if you cant feel the muscle work properly, progress will be limited,i know this for i went through that.and well, diet, diet on steroids doesnt matter much initialy, just loads of protein and everything in sight until a foundation is there, but after that its time to learn how to get cut, which is really all a mental thing,as in must be mentaly strong in so many ways.all in all, long way, lots of trial and error, but id do everything immediately again the very same way.one thing thats very important is to avoid injury at any cost, or its lights out.lifes too short to be natty, having clean diet and never miss a training for 10years only to look worse like a guy whos been on hrt stuff for couple months is self mutiliation
yea, but im not sure if superheavy training is even required for maximum gains.however, when a rotator cuff is shot, even a light training gonna be hell and def stop growth.you look fantastic btw
