Just got out of gym and decided to grab a late bite as I didnt want to wait to drive home. I'm sitting there and that crusty ass bitch ate out of my food and then tried to serve it me.
What basically happenned next is hard to describe other than the fact that I prob used more n-words, primate definitions, and noose terminology than I ever had in my life to where people started exiting out the door. Unsanitary mother fuckers eating out my God damn food. This is why I hardly eat out.

Bring a cooler with your meals, throw some ice packs in there and you're good to go for the day, no need to worry about people contaminating your food or having to deal with racist employees. You have to be in monk mode dude, you're in prep, put your blinders on and go to war with the weights, plus dealing with racist waitresses will just increase your cortisol levels which will be even more detrimental to your physique.

Or he could just, you know, ask for her manager and explain the situation to him, without being a completely dramatic and ghetto stereotypical níğğer acting out at the local Denny's, get a new plate of food, and leave the place without disturbing the other patrons or humiliating that woman for doing what pretty much all servers do behind close doors prior to taking food out the back.
There lies the difference between us and them. We assess a situation, think before we act and speak, and find a solution that works for everyone. Most blacks, on the other hand, just want to be as loud and vulgar as possible, and that's why they're constantly on Live PD and on COPS in handcuffs or painting the sidewalks of Chicago red next to shell casings. Wife and I are sitting at Chili's the other day (I dont eat their food but stopped for a couple of beers) the black girl waitress (who was hot as fekk BTW) kept walking by the side of the bar where the girl would pour the drinks, put them on trays for the tables, she would grab the straw out of the mixed drinks, put her finger over the top of it to trap some liquid inside it, take it out and pour it into her mouth, put the straw back inside the drink and keep on walking by. She did this 4 to 5 times while we were there. So people had to suck on straws she had her finger on. PLus did she really need the small amount of booze she was getting?? Very odd behavior.

I worked as a line cook when I was 16 and used to eat off of the plates sometimes, it pretty much goes without saying. But the fact this waitress did it in an open kitchen in front of customers makes me believe this place is very unsanitary. Hopefully you talked to the manager and got a free meal.

Chili’s is fucking awesome,their chicken and waffles,nachos and quesadilla burger are some of the best food I’ve had.

Most bartenders use a straw to taste their own cocktails. But it’s pretty weird indeed to use the straw that’s in the drink to put it back in. Sounds like she stopped halfway through her mixology classes.

The customer would always get a practically overflowing shake but there always was about a 1/4 cup extra in the blender cup that I would down after giving the customer their order. I was a pathetically skinny teen always in bulking mode.
Whenever a customer would ask me, "What's good?" I'd always say the chocolate shake.

Bring a cooler with your meals, throw some ice packs in there and you're good to go for the day, no need to worry about people contaminating your food or having to deal with racist employees. You have to be in monk mode dude, you're in prep, put your blinders on and go to war with the weights, plus dealing with racist waitresses will just increase your cortisol levels which will be even more detrimental to your physique.

I'd take eating a home cooked meal any day over eating out at places that use a bunch of toxic oils to cook your food in, not knowing the quality of the food, and in this circumstance the sanitary issues that come with eating at a restaurant. Its not really the point of doing a show, just being the best you can be, and if you can't take the time to throw a few meals in Tupperware, throw a few ice packs into a cooler then I guess it's just not that important to you.

I have a degree in Marketing, I've been in hospitality management for almost 9 years, saved my money and invested it in the market at a young age, bought my own condo by 25. I'm not some billionaire but I'm very proud that I followed my heart and chose a career doing things that I enjoy thoroughly and yes my physique definitely had a lot to do with my initial success as a bartender, eating clean and training regularly provided my with optimal energy levels to perform well at my job and in life in general. Nutrition is going to be the driving factor behind how you function in life, so if that means carrying food with me in order for me to live the life I wish to continue to live so be it. Trust me I work with 1000's of employees and 90% of them are constantly complaining about how exhausted they are, they are fueling themselves with countless cans of Redbulls and double expresso's, when I see what they eat daily it's not very surprising why they feel and look the way they do.

Funny thing is my look/physique had a lot to do with me getting this gig, I went to a job fair for this cruiseline, at this job fair there was over 500 applicants for various positions on board. I immediately knew I had to something to stand out from the rest of these people applying, so I take off my suit and underneath I'm wearing a tight fitting dress shirt. There were 4 people conducting the interviews and they were all women, they were doing rapid interviews doing like a cut, if they liked you they asked you to stay for a second interview, the interviews were lasting like 3-4 minutes tops, they had to weed through a lot of people. And when they called my name, the first thing the recruiter/interviewer said to me was "wow you are in incredible shape" we talked about what job I was applying for and my experience. She asked me to stay for a second interview. After the cut, there were about 70 people remaining. The second interview was a thorough interview lasting like 20-30 minutes, she offered me a position on the ship, and the two things I asked her was about the food and if there was a gym for the employees ;D she told me you can eat unlimited food and yes there was a gym, so I figured it's 6 months, if the job sucks at least I can still eat and train ;D But my physique got my foot in the door, theres no doubt about it.

i am with you here - i only eat to celebrate and its typically with my latina chica is meal preps so we do our cheat meals together - get dressed up and have a blast
saves money too - eating out is $$ so if i do it, its a nice place, dressed up etc, drinks, upgraded uber selection.

Yeah, but I'm not able to go to the cafeteria every 2.5 hours to down a meal so in the morning I bring my cooler with me I eat my breakfast then take 10 hardboiled eggs and put them in my cooler, lunch I bring my cooler and take another 2-3 chicken breast so I can have them throughout the day, when I have my break I hit the gym then go to the beach usually for about an hour or so, I bring my cooler with me so I have my meals ready to go post workout while at the beach, while working I usually have snacks at all times in my pockets as well, usually some type of granola or trial mix that I put in a zip lock bag as well as some kind of nuts that I can down quickly to give me sustained energy I need through the day. Dinner theres always ground beef so I'll eat a few burger patties and again bring a few back to my room. Last meal I usually have in my cabin it will be the hardboiled eggs and a beef patty. But to pull this of day in and day out takes a lot of meticulous planning to make sure I'm able to work and still get all my meals in. The people on the ship know I always have my thermobag with me everywhere, but that's what it takes to maintain, If I don't I'll wither down to nothing with the amount of calories I burn on a daily basis through work, I track my steps with a pedometer and I average anywhere from 7-10 miles walking daily.

LOL! The guy has won physique shows. So many people here perspective on the human body is so skewed. To the average person, he is very muscular. To most people in fitness, he is in great shape and stage ready for a physique comp. Far more people find his body type more appealing than the cartoon-like monsters that will be on stage in a couple of weeks.

Thanks dude, yeah to the average passenger or crew member I'm huge, but in terms of bodybuilder or powerlifting standards I'm small for sure. Perception tends to get scewed when all you see in these bodybuilding videos or Instagram photos are huge ripped guys, but how many people do you see looking like this on a daily basis? I meet 3,000 people a week, week in and week out for years and in all this time I've never seen anyone carrying the mass and condition you see in the IFBB. Only time I saw this was when I lived in Vegas and worked out at Gold's and I would see Cutler, Baddel, and a few other freaks here and there.

Tons of Filipino, I dont think there is a single Mexican on the ship, most of the Latinos are from South America. Filipinos are hard fucking workers, they take down more rice then any top pro, I'm talking little old ladies from housekeeping eating mountains of rice easily 500-1000 carbs daily.

It's ok, it's nice to hear about the musings of Go For It and his adventures and activities in a cruise ship although I have to accuse him of only telling the positives about the job and not the negative aspects. But it's more exciting than my job in Customer Relations.

What part of Thailand are you in?
It's ok, it's nice to hear about the musings of Go For It and his adventures and activities in a cruise ship although I have to accuse him of only telling the positives about the job and not the negative aspects. But it's more exciting than my job in Customer Relations.

The negetives are you have to work 70-80 hours a week for 6 months straight, you are away from family and friends for long durations, you miss holidays and special occasions (I've worked Christmas for the past 7 years), depending on your job you have to room with 2 other people (many issues regarding this) in a tiny room the size of a closet, and you are around 4,000 people daily so if you don't like being around people it can be overwhelming, it also depends on your job for instance if you work in the laundry you are pretty much working in a giant sauna for 10-12 hours a day and vary rarely seeing the light of day or breathing in any fresh air, if you are working guest services you are getting pretty much bitched out all day long by irrate passengers, some cooks do nothing but chop vegetables all day for 6 months. The lifespan of a typical crew member is 2-5 months vary rarely will they actually complete the entire contract, the turnover rate is crazy, most humans just can't handle the workload, you have to have crazy stamina and endurance to do this type of work, which is why I place such a high priority on nutrition, if I don't eat right and keep my calories high I'll completely burn out. However, my job is honestly amazing I run all the outdoor bars and pool areas, I'm outside all day breathing in the fresh ocean air and taking in pure vitamin D, which I feel keeps me very healthy then a crew member that has a job indoors and is breathing in recycled air all day.

Starbuck or McD is for tourists, Thais would never pay 155 B for cappuccino, I buy small ice espresso can for 15 B (1 A $ = 25B)
Hardly anyone eats at Pizza Hut. Permanent Expats don't eat in those establishments or buz in Roo or Irish bars.
I am mostly in Phuket , Kamala beach & occasionally in Bangkok ,on 90 days visa's ;)
My monthly gym fee is $ 28 & no Farang members , + Muay Thai gym 2X p/w.

Oh I've seen people completely loose their minds working here, no joke. It's not like a normal job where you can go home to your own sanctuary at night, here you have a rough day and go to your room and your roomates are playing video games, having sex, listening to music, drinking, all kinds of fuckery. You have all kinds of different personalities underneath one roof. People tend to quit mostly due to the actual ship life not necessarily the job itself.

From what I saw when I was in Bangkok, I was staying in a condo across the street from a McDonalds, the place was fucking packed day and night full of Thai's dude. Everytime I would go to Terminal 21 I would see tons of Thai's eating Subway, Ice Cream. But most Thai's look at sticky rice with mango as a cheat desert, compared to Americans eating cheesecake as a desert. Phuket is awesome, I trained at a gym called Patong gym there, it was a small gym, but had enough to get the job done, it was like 30 baht a day.

3 months off paid vacations as a manager, crew can collect unemployment, that's how I was able to prep for shows full out like a pro because of long vacation periods. The money is good, you can literally save every single dollar you make due to no living expenses, I've seen some of my Indian employees go home with 98% of there paychecks, spending very little money on their free time, while I've seen other crew members going home with $1000 because they were partying, renting cars, buying all kinds of shit, getting tattoos, new Jordans every week, eating out all the time on their breaks. I also know crew members that save their entire checks and blow 6 months of their money on lavish vacations, people that work here love to travel (myself included). One thing I wish was I knew about this kind of work when I was fresh outta college, I have employees 20-21 who come here, work 1 or 2 contracts and have $60,000-80,000 saved to kick start their life.

I'm an ectomorph and I'm super active so it's a struggle for me to gain weight, I'm sure as I get older my metabolism may slow down, but there are many things you can do to stay on top of your thyroid by adding Iodine into the diet through Iodized salt and pure cranberry juice. I plan on getting into triathalons and just way more cardiovascular training as I get older, the plan will be to completely lean out when I hit late 40's, big muscle doesn't age well at all, my plan is to have a Bruce Lee, Mario Lopez, Brad Pitt style physique complete twink status.

Yes the majority of the food I eat comes from the ship, the only things I'll have to cook on my own is usually stuff like sweet potatoes, quinoa, steel cut oats (they don't have these on the ship) I can cook these in a microwave but takes a good amount of time and if you don't stand by the microwave while your stuff is cooking, people will take your food out of the microwave and put their stuff in with no fucks given. ;D

Another example is coffee, they serve premium coffee from Lavazza to the passengers, they serve us some random industrial grade coffee that tastes like dirt, which is why I ended up cracking a buying my own French press and making my own coffee every morning (I'm literally the only crew member on the ship that does this and every crew member around me always comments on how good my coffee smells, they all say "man I gotta start making my own coffee") but they are too lazy to bring a French press with them every time they want a cup of coffee. These are just a few examples of the lengths I go to for my diet lol.
