The fact that someone is proud of their sexuality is quite frankly ridiculous.
Now, don't get me wrong, if someone who is gay performs some heroic deed, such as saving a cat from a burning building, or rescuing a little old lady who's become stuck up a tree, then yes, he'd be justified to be proud of his actions.
However, having a desire to shove your tackle up another man's chuff is not something to be proud of, and anyone claiming it is, be they gay or straight, is quite simply a proper twerp!
This whole gay pride nonsense is really nothing to do with pride at all, rather more to do with belligerence and sticking two fingers up at common morality and the tolerance afforded to them by ordinary, decent society.
What consenting adults of the same gender get up to within the confines of their own closets, providing it harms nor involves children, animals, or non consenting adults, is entirely up to them. But make no mistake, within the confines of their own closets is exactly where it should stay.
