I hated clinton with every ounce of my being.
Not anymore.
Despite his personal flaws, he didn't get us into 2 quagmires of wars. he didn't let a 9/11 happen. The far right thinkers believe their best defense of Bush's follies is "well, Clinton/Gore would have..."
In real life though, it doesn't work that way. You all know as bad as Clinton was, he didn't lose 3300 men in Iraq or lose our shirts in Afghanistan. You know it hurts to think that too, huh? Go ahead, attack imagined scenarios about what others would have done. The rest of us are speaking on reality ;)

As far as Enigma lying about serving in the Iraq that's a serious accusation. If you've got proof I think you should post it instead of simply alluding to it. And I'll just add that there's nothing more despicable than lying about serving.

I liked Bill Clinton, it amazed me how he was a teflon man, nothing stuck to him.
Couple that with the fact I think he was unbelievably charismatic.
I voted for him twice actually, hes the only democrat i've know that could work well
with both sides of congress.
Although he brought shame on the presidency, overall I liked the old boy.

Clinton helped the US economy recover greatly. Clinton did work with the repubs in a way we don't see today. Clinton did keep us out of quagmire wars overseas. IMO Clinton saw the solution to future US energy woes to be fixing the system here so we can export superior products and services. The Bush solution has been to invade nations with resources we need and take them.

In July, my Sports Medicine Clinic will be open 20 yrs. I've also had the rare opportunity to work with some of the world's elite professional athletes.
I was humbled by war...............I left the US listening to my favorite radio personality....... Rush Limbaugh. Now, I no longer buy the "company line". If I see a boat sinking, I can no longer be convinced it floating to the surface.
I consider myself blessed, and hope to give something back in the process.
