I can grow sleeping six hours a day?
Or never I grow up just like a person who sleeps eight hours?

The more the better. Getting enough sleep is very important to increasing longevity imo.

I agree to a point you always here people talking about how important sleep is but then you here of very large strong people who sleep very little I think its important to get a good amount for yourself which may be 5 -9 hours.

I'd kill every getbigger for 6 hours of deep, quality sleep. So yeah. Its fine.

7 hours minimum for me, but I usually get 8 hours too

I know people who claim they only need 5 or 6 hrs of sleep, yet they're carrying a starbucks cup all day long.
If your not consuming caffeine or any other stimulant, get whatever amount you need to stay awake.

8 hours does it for me. I feel good and well slept. 9-10 hours and I wake up feeling tired.

I find that hard to believe - he's probably not including the two-hour catnaps he'll take during the day.

I sleep 6-7 hours per night and tend to take a nap on Saturdays...
I think this really is an individual need... my wife sleeps 9-10 hours daily
