Medford's 3 AM gym trips
Deadpool:
so far...deads, seated rows
next day chest...bench and incline dumbell flys
knocked out...had to rest so much
then an hour of cardio on the next day
then, 40 minutes cardio in the afternoon, shoulders and another 40 minutes cardio at night
so hungry, so tired...I guess this is kind of a bulking phase
Deadpool:
last night was terrible, I realised I could'nt do dips...had to use the machine. Will be glad to go on a diet to cut down in the spring. For right now, trying to build mass
used the 20 lb dumbbells to do curls, then thirty minutes of cardio
right now, 4 oz of steak. Steak, the cheap cuts, and the only thing that keeps me from going nuts with steak is Jack Daniel's grilling sause.
Deadpool:
I need to use the machine to do chins...it feels weird, since I have never done chins, the movement is odd
did a whole hour of cardio, nice
BEAST 8692:
if you are too 'bulked' to do chins or dips you need to stop 'bulking' asap.
Deadpool:
the word is weak...not bulked. I need to do a lot more cardio...ya know I have been taking this week off, shame shame. More later
