I never once looked right on stage. it's a big regret, but what do you do?
Well, if you tried and tried and just couldnt sort it out, then you hold your head high and be proud of what you accomplished I guess.
I was curious if you had any ideas of what youd have done differently coming into the contest to try and maintain that condition... do you have an idea of what part of your prep is was that needed to be changed? Any idea which components of the prep sabotaged you? (I.e. carb deplete/load, dropping sodium/loading, changing compounds/foods out to early/late)?
I guess in curious as to what you think it was that needed to change to get you looking 'right' on stage?
