I thought you didn't even know who I was but you remember what I supposedly said about you.
I didn't have an opnion one way or the other as to whether you would be in shape. As to your methods, if it works for you,great....have at it. I know that if I subsisted mainly on Ice cream and cake I would be one fat bastard. I now this because I HAVE eaten nothing but shit food for long stretches and I look horrible.
As to the protein I too believe people take in waaaay too much, but I think a couple of scoops a day and you might have been a little fuller.
