Congrats to Angel & Rick Friend - it's a BOY!

IFBB Fitness Pro Angel Friend and her husband, Rick, celebrated the birth of their first child yesterday in Las Vegas. 

Tyler Joseph (I hope I remembered that correctly!!) was 7 lbs, 7 oz and both mother and child (and daddy!) are doing well.

Congratulations, you two - and welcome to the REAL world. haha  Enjoy it!
