It is Rich Piana, he is an NPC Superheavy, he placed in the top 5 at last years Nationals.

Gunther is in the commercial as well.

But it's Travis Barker's head on Piana's body.

I saw a special on that shoot and I thought it was a muscle suit he wore

It was definetly Rich, he talked about the shoot on another board.
