Well, Melvin lost another one....
Parker:
The man with the best shape and posing in bbing today, lost another one. He coulda had this one in the bag, but due to POOR conditioning the "Barrell" Badell beat him.
Melvin could of have two victories (the Arnold and San Fran) under his belt. In San Fran his lower back was non-existant (and so were his calves), and he look flatter than a ironed shirt. I say two words. Joe Mcneil. Get his phone number. Dail it. Listen. And work with that man, cause Chad ain't the one.
Don't call out people when you don't have the goods. 'Cause you just might be remembered as the new Brian Buchanan... never winning the big one.

Melvin has a fantastic physique---as far as his posing goes, depends upon your taste, I prefer a more powerful sweeping gracefull posing routine.
Even though Branch would not be considered a great poser, I liked his rouitine of sticking to his most powerful poses instead of fancy dancing moves.
Melvin has put a lot of effort into his routine and it is interesting to watch, but I would rather see a more "Hercules" type posing routine.
Just me 2 cents !
Special Ed:
The best trainer or contest guru in the world won't mean sheet if you don't have the discipline to stay away from the brownies and ice cream. Melvin won $1000 for Best Poser and 50 cents for Biggest Sweettooth.

Melvin was defintely not flat at the San fran. He was very full and to me looked better than he did at the Arnold.
