Only reason she's called "high end" in this case is thanks to the Google exec she had as a client.
Sue, she'd probably not choose average joe as client before the exec, but it's quite a ways to becoming "high end".
If she only had clients that were in high places AND she looked the part as well, then she could be called "high end" legitimately.
Calling her high end is like calling Goodrum a BB-competitor.
