It's expensive but Pre-Jym is by far the best preworkout I have tried.

i wouldn't say it's a money grab, it's just the cost of the ingredients. And I like the fact it's a big scoop because otherwise your just not putting enough substances into your body to make a big difference. As for other products, there are a couple comparable to Pre-Jym, but they are around the same price point. Personally I don't use pre-workouts often, but last summer/fall I was trying out different brands and after a couple weeks of Pre-Jym I had guys telling me that I looked bigger. If I was wealthy I would use the stim-free version before every workout.

How high do you go with that? I've taken upto 250 mgs a day with good results.

How is DHEA considered a pre-workout supplement? I take 25mg before bed based on my bloodwork.

1 scoop of an EAA/BCAA mix w/ my own added pink Himalayan salt.
2g of plain creatine.

100mg of Prop.

100mg of Advil.

Half scoop of whichever Pre. It’s all the same.

One orange.  I don’t know why but every time I eat an orange on the way to the gym I have good workouts I don’t quite know why.

Ok,,so C-4 is good!?!?

Don't know about that, but this Prezone is the best there is..says man himself, Marko "Supermassa" Savolainen.  ;D

Just compare the ingredients and amount's of them, and you may realize which has more beneficial things in it..
