We already know what to eat: sushi, Jamaican, Five Guys and pineapple juice with drol. And we've all had it pounded into our skulls about trenbolona, equipona, testosterona and masterona all with ghona. Orals you play with in and out. Also Hammer inclines for big meaty fibers. Now were ready for insulina and peptides. Doesn't make sense to me to use insulina before workout when it seems you want to pound nutrients post workout. And can you take ghona and insulina at the same time?
