Yay! McDoubles are back to a dollar each!

But you have to buy two which is perfect for me. Fifty grams of protein with just the right amount of fat and carbs. Actually, I don't really care about the fat and carbs and have no idea how much is in those burgers, just trying to make those "fitting your macros" guys happy.

Cheap, taste good, nutritious and filling. No need for fries or any other sides. Can't believe it was only a couple of days ago that I paid $1.75 for ONE McDouble.

More eating out and less cooking for me now.

i remember a place 15 cent hamburgers when i was a kid, than when i was 16 a place had a deal 5 burgers for a buck,dem were the days.. ;D ;D ;D ;D

I will admit to enjoying a Burger King double Whopper with cheese occasionally. However, I never pretend it's health food.

One time back in high school (1983 or so) McDonalds had a thing for one day (V-Day maybe?), 10 cent burgers.
I bought 10... I ate 7 and took the other 3 home for later. Skinny twinks would be able to put on weight easily if that were the norm...

I've been getting blood work twice a year for decades. Never showed any nutritional deficiencies.

I think I'm just sensitive to the grease. Though I'm used to eating real food every day so when I eat shitty food I really feel it. I eat a pound or more of hamburger a day with no problems though.
