...just wondering if you guys are staying in shape in prep for the '09 show? Or, have you let yourself go sloppy? I'm about 15 lbs heavier than my '08 pics...I plan on staying around this 190 lb mark until about 10 weeks out for the MGBIV contest..at that time I'll really buckle down and show up ready again..last year I had a lot of work to do in prep..I dieted down 40+ lbs...I'm not gonna have to do that again, guaranteed!!! I talked to MS recently and let him know I'm not able to take the Calif. trip right now due to a family obligation..he was cool about it..said I can use it when I'm able to.

mods, please allow this to ride on the G&O for a little while..Thanks!

Whats really funny is than vince couldn't win Mr getbig yet he does real shows..

I'd like to see "Goudy" dieted down...that Irishman is holding some MASS!!!! Kinda like a combo of "Goudy" mass and "Go4it" conditioning!

You're a force definetly! I think the poor angles of some of your pics last year hurt your placing..would you agree? Keep up the good work

Haha..thanks man, yeah the pics could have been better, but all in all it was a good experience, and it was fun battling it out on the boards. Like I said man, you made a hell of a transformation and your placing was well deserved! Next competition should be interesting!

Totally agree, been working on that problem, should be better balanced next time around..
