It's not that your physique was ever very bad, just your posing. Give yourself credit. Most clowns on this site wouldn't think of posting a shot, you went through a shitty posing routine.
Also, the fact that you're doing it with no drugs, even better.

Ok guys...4 weeks of dieting...a little progress, but have a mountain to climb as far as fat loss...I'm down 13 lbs on the scale...BF% down roughly 2 %...I'm gonna drop carbs a little lower and see what happens over the next few weeks. Good thing is GB III is 3.5 months away. Here's some comparative pics 4 weeks apart...old pics are with red/blue background

dude much improved, your back is leaning out very quickly, moreso than the front of your body, which is interesting cos usually peoples backs, hams, glutes lean out last, but u seem to be the opposite. By October u have the potential to look fantastic. Also looks like u have a good peak on your biceps.

Simple request:
* Go 100 days with a diet that has 1.5 grams of protein for every pound of bodyweight.
* Ask any competitive BB to help you pose. Pay him for his time.
* Do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio all 100 days. A minimum!
* Post new pics in early Oct.
Now turn off the computer and go to the gym.

It doesnt matter if your muscular development is great or poor.
Before discussing about your body,you must learn your posing at first.
You can learn posing in only ONE DAY or less than one hour.
And you underestimate the most important part(Posing).
Until you learn proper posing, better not posting here.
