Try squatting at 90% ORM before going to work
I tried that shit for about 2 weeks and it got old fast.Heavy weights in the a.m. do not mix for me.
I find lifting after work very difficult. Often I work ten-eleven hours. The last thing I want to do is step into a gym, never mind lift heavy stuff.
It can be troublesome but thankfully my gym is on the way home from work. I go straight there from work to make sure I get it done. I run in the AM, though. I've done morning lifts before but I don't have the time in the AM to eat, let it sit and then hit the gym so I opt for running on an empty stomach instead.
