Hold on... Let me note...

This was a shoot I did after my very first cycle... 16 weeks of 2 cc's test, 1 cc Deca... I had a whatever diet for the first 8 weeks of the cycle and then got really strict for the 2nd 8 weeks... Diet was a carb cycle of 6 meals per day... 3 low days followed by 1 high day and repeat.  Notice how my lower abs didnt get dialed in?  No dieuretic and the water retention (test/deca) couldn't get cleared out... I was very new to fitness modeling/bodybuilding at that point and really was doing the best I could on my own while having just entered the world of hormone use.
