lol thx but i dont think i have wide waist.. yes sure i am not wide at the shoulders.. i cant change my bones.. but over all i look ok at least for myself..

i remember my waist was 69 cm when i competed.. this is considered small.. it's all relative as you see..

no man you said many time i became old and could not be in a good shape again because of my poor genetics and my age  ::)

actually i have achieved this ok shape easier than when i was younger.. no magic but i was not in a hurry and i did some serious cardio which i was never doing in the past.. but didnt go on a very strict diet as before.. i eat good amounts of carbs every day and have at least 2 days a week where i eat whatever i want..

No I dIdn't.  I said you needed  to diet because you were insisting that all you had To do was drink less pepsi.

Stage weight for you would be around 200lbs

I think I said something to the fact that you were getting older and your metabolism has changed. And if you don't do something about it you will never be in shape again.

I love how guys like you and anabolichalo think anyone who's got muscle on them is fat. .when it comes to the world of weightliting you can pretty much look at a guy's neck and traps and tell how much muscle they carry and what kind of muscle they carry. (dense tissue bloat etc)

besides when is getting shredded  everything? its impressive yes and fortunately oth and galeniko have the lean tissue on them to do so, but ANYONE can get ripped...a guy carrying a shitload of muscle who is in good shape will always trump a guy's who's shredded in the real word..

seriously i drink 2/3 kilo full cream milk every day even when i want to lose fats..

I do eat clean genius. For quite some time now.   I eat very lo carbs/fat 6 out of 7 days a week. I"m  already fairly lean. I don't know You think you are talking to here But I'm not Cswol.  My waist is small and I have abs

I know my BF % because my friend has his own PT business and he calipers me whenever I want.

Sorry... it's not a immersion testing. I'm not dropping 60 bucks every time I'm curious about my bodyfat.   It's a good estimate and I always use him. . So its consistent.
