I've found a nice year 'round happy medium in 80/20.
Five days a week it's lean protein and greens with some fats coming once a day from egg yolks or Salmon.
On the two cheat days, I'll start with a proper bodybuilding meal, then do the burgers, pizza or whatever with ice cream or froyo for desert. I've found that if I confine cheating to one day, I go too berserk and make myself sick trying to get in every fun food I wanna eat. With the two semi-cheat day approach, you can have some fun; yet no one day is a complete disaster.
