I've found a nice year 'round happy medium in 80/20.

Five days a week it's lean protein and greens with some fats coming once a day from egg yolks or Salmon.

On the two cheat days, I'll start  with a proper bodybuilding meal, then do the burgers, pizza or whatever with ice cream or froyo for desert. I've found that if I confine cheating to one day, I go too berserk and make myself sick trying to get in every fun food I wanna eat. With the two semi-cheat day approach, you can have some fun; yet no one day is a complete disaster.

sounds like it is working great and they are not all out cheat days either.

It would be a day to celebrate when jeff leaves, everyone here would be extremely happy but we all know that little weasle is not going anywhere.

Well yesterday he crucified himself. He said he can post pics of other people's family members, including children, if he wants and he continued to say as long they are already posted there shouldn't be a problem with him posting them again, yes including children.

Then we tried to explain to him that it is a rule not to do that then he said it was our rule and not his, total scum. HE SHOWED HIS TRUE COLORS YESTERDAY.
