it would be a much better idea to make a thread about your stats right now and how you train and eat. a lot of people can help you. maybe you train too much, maybe not enough, maybe too many sets, too few sets, wrong exercises, not enough rest, not enough protein, not enough calories, if you are making absolutely no gains it has to be some of these things. If you are making gains but want more just be happy and patient, any gains are good as long as you keep making them.
