Introducing and starting over

I used to be serious with lifting a few years ago but I injured my knee and quit after that. Now I'm getting back into it and I've been lifting for a month now. Luckily, from previous experience, I know how to properly do the exercises.
Here I am @ 225lbs
Here I am, 3 weeks later, @ 220lbs
My goal right now is cutting. I have a lot of work ahead of me but I'm in it for the long haul this time. I've joined other fitness & bodybuilding boards and found no support there. A lot of places seem to not register that everyone has to start somewhere and that changes can happen in time.
