median Sarah Silverman and Droga5 released a video designed to teach Americans about the wage gap between men and women, and to raise money for the Equal Payback Project to help close it.
In the video — which contains mature content — Silverman begins by noting that women make up half the working population, but “only make 78 cents to every dollar a man makes in almost every profession.”
“Every year,” she continues, “the average woman loses $11,000 to the wage gap. Over the course of the working years of her life, that’s over $500,000 — that’s a $500,000 vagina tax!”
“That’s why I’m taking matters into my own hands,” Silverman announces. “I’m becoming a dude.”
After selecting a penis for transplantation, she admits that “this may be an extreme solution for some women, so that’s why we’re trying to raise the trillions of dollars the rest of you ladies will be cheated out of over the course of their careers.”

The equal pay issue is a well worn canard of the left. I used to believe it until I actually looked into the issue and discovered its much more complicated.

Ive also heard these stats are eff'd up, as you may have a man with the same title who has far more physical responsibilities that are over and above what the woman does, but since they have the same title and the woman makes less, freak outs occur.
I understand the desire to make the same wage as a male counterpart IF theyre doing exactly the same job at the same standard.....
But demanding to make the same money 'just because' is ridiculous. If you do the same work, work the same hours, produce and equal product or service, then hell yes you deserve the same pay.... but i doubt that is what this is all about.

thats what i heard as well, that it doesn't take into account hours worked, experience in the career/field, time taken off, or actual product/service produced.... in some cases the women simply wont work the same hours (dont want the OT), or take 6 months maternity leave, but then bitch when her co worker joe bobs annual pay is 10 grand higher.
Heard one case where the women of a small time mining business who worked in the office went to the someone complaining because they were werent making as much as the men despite having the same job title..... the gov demanded they he payed withint a certain percentage of the men.....
So the mine owner brought everyone in, explained that he had to lay off people because the office girls had the same title as the mine workers and that entitled them to equal pay, and he couldn't afford it.... so he said 'alright, since you all have the same title, youll all have the same responsibilities, ill have to let 4 people go and the rest will do everything, office work AND mine work.'
The women balked andsaid they couldnt possibly work in the mines as they werent capable of it, so the owner said "ok, well you 4 girls are laid off then. Have a nice life"
Im telling that from memory so it may be a little fuzzy, but thats the gist.

What i really admired about couples like my granfathers generation is that the sexes complimented each other... they knew each others pitfalls and shortcomings and they took care and looked out for each other.
He knew she was physically weaker and needed help doing physical things and protection from harm, and she knew he needed someone to be a voice of reason and balancr, to help keep him calm and grounded, and to make sure he didn't flip out and do something stupid in the heat of the moment.
Now days with this gender line erasure bullshit, we want to try and make people believe that there are no differeces, and that having a partner if the opposite sex doesnt make you both stronger, and that we cant stand to gain or learn anything from it.
Its total bullshit, and i see my wifes girlfriends all the time who instinctively crave an old school relatonship, but because of societies mindset today, they either chase feminine bitch ass men, or they believe theyre not supposed to want that because theyre supposed to be strong, independent women who doesnt need a man to make her feel complete.
Yet everytime they see us and how well we work and how happy we are, they whine about how they' wish they could have what we have'. But they chase feminized bitch men or refuse to be in a relationship because they need to be independent. Its infuriating.

I was in a Deli and a woman was on line, in front of me. The cashier rings up and bags her stuff, and then does the same for me. As I grab my bag to head out the door, the woman who was in front of me was still getting herself together. I end up out of the store first.
I've had this happen countless times, and that's why it'll always be a man's world.

Women in IT get paid more and get hired easily. Because large IT companies follow diversity principle and skilled women in this industry are rare they are of more value than equally skilled males.
