It's crazy how fast he lost size after this. :'( :'( :'( :'(

he should be able to keep size, he got his own supplement line, he just needs to start using it

Too many injuries training too heavy. Should have stuck to lighter weights, slower movements, still failure. Would have won 10+ Olympias if he'd done that and kept coming in around 265 pounds.

All the surgeries didn't help

His weight loss was cumulative... started slow but quickly got worse and worse.

He says he rather be in a wheel chair with 8 sandows ..... no one cares to tell him that had he trained smarter, he would have had 10 sandows and probably in better shape than Levrone and Wheeler today
