How many days a week do you train?
Are you on gear or natural?
Share your split if you like...

I currently train based on what my body tells  me, usually approx 4 days a week, but occasionally 3 and occasionally 5.

I am natty never used gear.

I mix it up.  Mainly one body part heavy and throw in a second body part at lighter intensity.  Sometimes do push pull depends on what feels right at the time.

In short, based on years of training, I am a very instinctive trainer.

ON GEAR, NO GH: Test/Tren/Eq

Weight around 245lbs, 15 years training

Always focusing on progressive overload.  Everything is logged and attempted to beat each session...

At the moment I am focusing on hypertrophy training.  I flip back and forth between that and strongman when I get bored/injured/back starts screaming.  Strength training cycles are variants of 8x3/5x5/5-3-1 based on 2 compounds each workout and minor accessory. Typically each phase will last 3-4 months, my last strength went on for 5 months as it was all rehab and tech.

Hypertrophy work is currently as follows

6 workouts: 2 push, 2 pull & 2 legs.

I aim to train everything twice over 9-10 days, taking rest days as I need them...

HIT, low volume-ish with drops/rest pause/partials/holds added.

My last Pull workout was

Wide Grip Pull Down
2 x 10plates x 10reps, 15x6, Stackx12,+3,+2
BB Row
60kgx10, 100kgx6, 140x12
Iso 1 Arm Row
30kgx10, 60x7
Close Grip Pull Down
13x12, Stackx10/14x8/10x11
DB Rear Laterals
20kgx12, 30kgx11/22kgx10/17kgx8
DB Shrugs
40kgx12, 65kgx13+partials+hold
Vertical DB Preacher
10kgx15, 20kgx9/15kgx8/10kgx4

Cardio is 10mins pre w/o, 30mins off days.

Once or twice a week I will wingate sprint...just to fuck myself up

5 days a week. Cardio 45min each morning before breakfast. Kcal 3500 well balanced diet.

Gear yes. Tren ace 100mg day, test 500mg week, eq 500mg week. Nothing else.

You doing everything 2 Times a week. How do you like it compared to 1 time aweek? I slowly build up strentgh each week and see progress. The oldschool Yates way.

i did ten years natty training, peaking at 185lb 6'2" and veins over abs / chest / shoulders / quads plus striations everywhere including glutes (but that was weird because glute striations are thicker than regular so there was still some fat there)

50 years old , 198 lbs. 5'11",
training 17 years, ON:250 - 350mg/ wk test (I never come off, blast approximately 2x/year @ 750-1200mg/wk)

Right now I'm experimenting with spreading volume over higher frequency - after usually going 4x/wk using bodypart splits.

I'm currently doing a weird mix:

FB PUSH - front squat / flat bench / behind the neck press
FB PULL - Romanian Deadlift / Yates Row / rear delt flies
PUSH - Incline bench / behind the neck press/ close grip press
PULL- Hang Cleans / chin ups/ Concentration curls
Legs- front squat / Romanian deadlift / lateral raises
OFF
REPEAT

I try to get through all 5 workouts on consecutive days but don't sweat a missed workout due to illness, time constraints etc. It's holding my interest - which is primary at this point in my lifting and my legs, upper back and delts in particular are responding to the high frequency.

I basically am doing three movements a day - one low(er) rep / high(er) intensity (4-5 working sets of 3's, 5's sometimes 8's) and then two going for volume (usually 5x10 @ around 50-60% !RM).

I am an ex-permabulker/ strength focused lifter who switched to healthy eating and a (somewhat) more bodybuildong focused lifting , at my heaviest I was 270 lbs. at approximately 30% bodyfat - strong as a bull but essentially a beefy fat guy - now? Not as strong but LOOK stronger/ better and will hopefully live longer.

Always 6 days/week 2h/day

Day 1. Shoulder & Superset Biceps/Triceps
Day 2. Running 45 minutes + 20 minutes superset Leg-extension/Leg-curl + Abs
Day 3. Chest (+20min shoulders) & Superset Biceps/Triceps
Day 4. Legs abs
Day 5. Back abs or neck

Pretty much high volume not very heavy, never get sore anymore, just feel fantastic. No gear but always homemade basic healthy food and almost never sweets like cakes candy soda juice...not big but fit, girls like to talk to me in the gym!

this was on 100mg test cyp, which i got at 21 from doc to secure my test levels at optimal for life.  so within range but still assisted.

never taken clen, i basically did leangains for 3 years and RPT training exactly as described by Martin and made it work

No wonder you never get sore.  You should be focusing on the weights during workouts, not talking to girls.

Why would you need to take test at 21 years old?  I'm 51 and going to put off taking TRT as long as possible.
