Doesn't you rather want the blood to be in the muscle instead of in the veins underneath the skin. the pump and size must be poor than otherwise.

I actually would never use L-Argnine products or other vasodilators. I think they are simply counter effective.

but when i was 12 and working out, a kid in my class had a bicep vein and i didn't. i flexed every day trying to get the veins to pop,and they started to grow. i swear posing very hard has more to do with vein growth than any exercise, drug or supplement. by the time i was 15 i was getting more vascular.

I've said this before BUT, that freaking forearm is rediculous. The only other person that I've seen that was just as vascular was a bodybuilder from the 70's named Clinton Beyerly (sp) he used to train at Pearls with us.
