depends what you want, 4iu per day is great for fat loss and making your body look better but higher doeses are needed if you want to get a lot bigger, i myself take 4iu per day but in the past i did go up to 10iu per day but i found the aching wrists and feet uncomfortable so 4iu is good for me now.
