i was about 225lbs at this years shows,in that off season pic i was 260lbs, right now i am about 270lbs am hoping to compete next year at around 235-240lbs.

Good pec's ,delt's,need thicker leg's more quad sweep that comes with heavy workouts and more time on them ,just more overall thickening all in due time as body matures,pro potential no but he's getting up their and in good shape .he's not embarrasing himself he hang's up their just fine.

i think Mr. Intenseone and Jeffrey would make good training partners they could tear up those monster 85 lb. DB's on the incline press and then go drain each other's lizards for some post workout protein.
