Long time reader, first time poster. Pix taken earlier in Feb. 6'1", 222 lbs. 12% BF. This was the leanest i've ever been, it took six weeks to get from 20% to 12%. Two weeks to put almost all of it back on. Guess I'm mass building now, I'll diet for beach season later.

Are you sure you went from 20% bf to 12% in 6 weeks? Losing 1% bf in a weeks time is almost unheard of.

Two hours of cardio a day combined with under 50 carbs per day. Did the trick with minimal strength loss.

According to skin calipers I was 12, but they can be off by 2 or 3 percnet
