Labrada had good tasting stuff. Haven’t had any since the Pro-V 60 days though
I got a tub of Gaspari cookies and cream half price years ago, that tasted great
No great enough to pay full price though

I dont use any powders now, I havent for years
used to use this UK site, only ever bought offers, short dated and stock clearance

No, what I meant was are you adding things to it for the carbs and fats you need each day?
ahh ok yes ….  Half a cup to a full cup of oats or “ rice cereal “ blend it up with water and that’s it! … I do better on fairly low carbs (“ carb sensitive “ if that’s a thing … I get fat on too many carbs) I don’t really worry about fats (essential fats ) I know I should but I never have ….

are there any rice cereals that aren’t fortified with minerals? Every time I look they have a shitload of iron. I’m sure it’s not absorbed well, but I don’t need any more in my diet

Been meaning to try this company for years now! https://truenutrition.com/pages/instagram-gallery

They are decent.
Most are decent, even the ones that get FDA warnings. Part of the game.
Hi-Tech makes all of Gaspari's supplements.

I like Hi-Tech. He gets busted all the time (for putting too much stuff in). Like Viagra in his dick-pills, etc.
Only guy to ever sue the FDA and win (or one of the only)..

.., you could just use Quaker quick oats … the rice cereal all has significant amounts of iron in it

That’s what I use at the moment. I was thinking about doing half and half with the rice cereal to smooth it out a little bit. A cup of oatmeal in each shake starts getting thick and chunky (nh)

umm I’m walking like this (pretty tight uniform) so I get the old ladies cat calling me lol …yea it can get to ya! Same fucking mall day after day….(I’ll hop on “ GetBig “ real fast see what Hankins is up to!) i look at is this way … no other job is going to allow me to eat or drink a shake every 3 hours…. Bosses totally leave me alone / don’t tell me what to do ..,and the radio calls (dispatch ) are interesting… shoplifting….fights … someone is having sex in the family restroom … lol everyday it’s different …. You don’t know what’s going to happen… what you are going to get! I get treated with respect and that’s a huge thing for me! So I like it!

I am blinded by that glowing smile of yours! LOL. You look great... and happy.

Old ladies can be very brazen. At the post office while waiting in line a woman who was clearly my senior squeezed my bicep while complimenting me on being fit and asking the obvious question, "Do you work out?" That was a couple of years ago. My biceps shrunk during the no gym COVID-19 period.

When I was in my 20's I worked at a major department store here in Portland. A lot of the same craziness you speak of going on in the mall went on there. Although my job wasn't in security, a friend of mine who worked security had some hairy stories to tell.

Quick oats are almost as high glycemic as table sugar.

Bad to eat unless you want to eventually get type 2 diabetes.

4g of carbs = 1 tsp sugar

34g carbs = 8 1/2 tsp sugar

I use the rice cereal only (rambone wanted something with less iron in it)

I’m no expert (I just know  what works for me ) hell I Learn shit here even today …. I hadn’t pinned my ass in 20 years because the skin is so thin and veiny there (zero fat) someone on here told me it was ok to do it …..and I have been ever since (my delts have so much scar tissue I have to pull the pin out multiple times just to get it to move / go in ) my whole thing has just been trial and error on myself

You make out like you are a human pin cushion. LOL! Are you being serious? How often were you pinning? If an area is veiny, it may be more difficult but still important to avoid hitting a vein. As for your delts, what gauge needle are you using? I used to inject test in my butt once a week which was literally a pain in the ass because it was difficult to see what I was doing. Awhile back, I switched to my thighs. The 22-gauge needle slides in like it is going into butter even though there is little fat there. The veins are more visible, so it is easier to avoid hitting them. Rarely, I'll get a very small hematoma which is gone in a day or so.

21 gauge to draw it out / 23 gauge to pin (twice a week 2 cc’s each …but if you do GH you are daily pinning your delts and that contributes to scar tissue even tho it’s an insulin pin) I can’t really avoid veins they are literally everywhere delts / glutes etc … skin is also paper thin so that made me leery to pin the glutes …. This is just to show you the kind of shape I “ walk around like” most of the year ….strict bodybuilding diet / cardio from Work and some “ super supps” veins are cross crossing everywhere!

Why don't you switch to 25g or even slin pins?

I was thinking about trying a 25 gauge (glutes) … shoulders it’s a lost cause … 25 gauge would take forever …. But the glutes have not been pinned in like 20 Years or something…. So I will try a 25 gauge there …..  slin pins are too fragile (bend) and it would take forever to get 2 cc’s in there …

I'm just a pussy.  The only 23g I ever used was in the glutes and didn't like it.  I would use 25g for the quads and slins for tri's and shoulders.

lol! 23 seems Tiny to me! (25 looks like it would take a half hour to inject 2 cc ‘s …. I watched mr buddy use one of the old Sustanon glass syringe it came in (it looked like a roofing nail!)  I believe it was 18 gauge … I’m still traumatized from watching that! Lol
