Hey guys, just wanted to say thanks for all the feedback that I've been getting, positive and negetive. This was a great experience, and congrats to the rest of the competitors everybody has completely different physique's here. Heres a few more shots taken from the night. Good Times!!

No, I've never really trained legs consistantly, I would train them for a few weeks and then not do them for a few months. I like to run, so my legs being sore wouldn't allow me to run, so basically I've always put condition over balance, because I was never training for a show, I've always just trained to look good. This was this first time I trained them consistantly 2 and a half months straight, but I actually love to train them now and I will bring them up to par, thats a promise!

Actually you're correct I was 165 on the mark, today however I'm 172..legs look o from the front guess hams need the most work
I definitely need more overall size, especially in the hams, but under the right lighting my legs have really good definition, but they were completely fried when I took these pics, they look alot better today now that they are rested up a bit.

Lol...I actually got them off EBay for Halloween (Rocky costume), I thought I would wear them and get some laughs out of it from the crowd here..

Pretty good arms for a skinny guy. My advice: get a nice, hot, nutritious meal... or two. And...well, keep eating. Then come back. ;D

Yeah, I've been working hard on trying to bring them up, I guess for a natty their supossed to be the hardest body part to attain?? But in terms of chest, I always switch from DB's to BB's from week to week, I start with incline, then flat, then decline, and finish with a superset of incline flies, and peck deck, sometimes I alternate peck deck with cable cross overs.

Nah it's all good dude, thats why I entered this competition, I wanted to get some real feedback from people that know this sport. I've always wanted to compete and this is the first step towards that direction for me. So any type of feedback is welcome!

Squats, deads, and stop declining. Start doing incline first in your chest workouts for a while. Seriously, no more declines. Squats and dead should be self explanatory. Everything else is ballin'.

From the pics I'm looking at for the competition you have good chest development, but your lower development is overshadowing the upper quite a bit. I was able to look at your pics and could tell you do decline work before you even mentioned it. Lower chest development just seems to happen no matter what you do when working chest, but hitting that upper and inner middle seems more difficult.
It's only very obvious in your most-muscular, front relaxed, side tri, and looks balanced in everything else really, but I think it could be an issue if you start putting on more size, which you will if you start squatting and deads.

Thanks man! I've never dieted strictly in my life before, it was a great experience, it was pretty hard, especially being a bartender it was hard to not have a few beers after work with the rest of the staff (waitress's).

I had the same thing happen when I was 18-19 when I would do declines super-set with dips. Also, skip the beer and stick to straight shots and hard liquor. Less calories, same diuretic effect, same fun. ;D

IMO you looked great man. No.1 and you already know this is absolutley trash your legs. Basic squats,hacks,and leg presses. I think you could use some more delt and arm size as well. If you bring up these things and bring the same torso and conditioning you'll be tough to beat.

I can't say I disagree AXA, but it's not in our hands at this point.
And I have been posting more and generally enjoying it (whatever odd F'ed reason for).
