I'm at the point where I don't care anymore. I am in my forties. I didn't do the naked dick-grabbin' one for any other reason than to see all the cuts and muscle. I was depleted. I dieted wrong. I was natural (gyno or not)- I am thicker now, but you have to get down as low as you can at least once to see where your flaws are.

Obviously I have many. I'm not afraid to post my face or my car (with plates) for that matter. Those were done with a polaroid and I was throwing out all the old pics of when I first started bodybuilding. I stumbled on these and shared. No worries. What have I got to lose? My kids are grown and I know what it's like to be in the single digits of bodyfat levels.


I wish I could have had more size, buy my metabolism was flyin at mach speed and I couldn't eat enough. I was eating Capn Crunch and eating candy, drinkin soda and takin in about 4 protein shakes a day. I ended up from 205 t0 178 lbs.

It is what it is. Everyone here should do it once, post it, and be proud. It is what it is. My best full squat was 10 plates (to the floor) Deads were 6 plates to the floor and bench was only 305. I've not accomplished much except to learn my body.

If anyone really gave a fuck and wanted to see what I look like now, I could care less. It was bodybuilding. I was consistent with my goals. The only thing I really don't like is that i dont have great genetic structure. I've had to make the best with what I've got... but I did learn how to melt the fat off (no DNP or Gurus)

I invite everyone here who calls themselves a bodybuilder to do the same. After I was done with depletion, i really filled out, but didnt have enough sense to take pics.


Nothing malicious intended here. Strictly educational and definitely entertaining. My ass was striated, but I wouldnt be surprised if thats all you wanted to see.


I fight and I deal with nutrition more than I lift weights (yeah it shows)-- but that's my choice. What is yours?
