Jesus, even for someone like me who's used to looking at pics of mass monsters like Ronnie, Ruhl looks cartoonish, his pic looks like it's been photoshopped. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With that mass and improved shape, Markus could dry out and do some real damage at the Olympia next week.

Yeah, that's what I'm waiting to see. The Santa Susana was just a preview of Markus Ruhl's new size, as far as I'm concerned. And although he's had problems with his conditioning recently, I know his potential.

maybe he can dry out for the O but there is still some fat to be lost
