hey donkey, if you knew the kind of worthless idiots who trained, wasted time and space, and were straight antagonizing haters you would see that golds and its members are basically in an eschelon of its own, its sick enough to make even ballys or 24 hr shitness look like cremdellacrem........... .......One day I was in the Back declining on the Hammer Strength machine with pretty heavy weight, and was using intensity, and kinda grunting to do the reps, the manager walks by with a 68 year old lady while Im training, and the lady didnt want to join because I so called scared and intimidated her, while I was doing nothing but training hard.........after that set the manager came over and threatened to kick me out........I said, "How can someone come in here and see all these big guys pictures on the walls and all this memorabelia, and then when they see a person really training, all of a sudden Im the problem."  Its a shame that place has become what it is, nothing but a haven for a bunch of out of shape, wannabe, ignorant time wasting dickspits.  I train at either muscle beach at venice, or Black Diamond on Crenshaw blvd.  With all the gang bangers and cons who just got out the pen, those two places are real gyms where you can workout, spit on the floor, yell and cuss,  and not have to worry about the homo ass manager of the gym and all the trainers and their clients standing over machines with a newspaper and coffee while not even training, while there are 300 hundred people in the gym, doing nothing but killing my workout and wasting everyones time and efforts.

Cswol, I understand intensity and real training, but why the spitting on the floor?  I trained at one of the most serious gyms in NY when gyms were actually that and not health clubs and if you spit on the floor your membership would be revoked and you wouldn't get a dime back.  If you walk into kronk gym (boxing gym known for serious training) and spit on the floor and not into a bucket you would also be out the door.
