It's silly to say, but Star Wars seriously changed my life back when I was 11 years old, along with every other kid at the time.

That's why they should be more careful with today's versions, since there's a base, like yourself, that actually gives a shit about it on a deeper level.
Abrams set up the reboot very well. Yes, it was a bit redundant with the previous stuff, but it set up a world of possibilities that Johnson has appeared to shit on. Shame too, I was happy when I heard he was directing because Brick and Looper were very good.
