23 years old, 5' 8", and about 172 pounds at around 13% bodyfat. Lots and lots of room for improvement, I know. I'm finally focusing as much on nutrition and getting enough calories as I am on weight training, so hopefully I'll be making some positive changes in the coming months.

You are a lot more than 13% Consider this Adonis is 3" taller than you and 6lbs lighter. He is also considerably leaner and is probably about 8% BF maybe 6%.

With the amount of muscle you have you would be in contest shape (5% bf) at about 140lbs maybe a little less. That means that you are about 22% BF

No offense, but I think you must be on crack. Hydrostatic testing had me at just under 13% when I had it done about 2 weeks ago.

no he is 13% or under..I would guess around 11% but one can not get a good look without seeing the legs ect...

Look adnois said he is 30 to 40% in his before shots...that alone should tell ya that he doesn't know what he is talking about...He was closer to 20 to 25% tops...

Got great shape bro. Good base. Definatley need to add the mass. I would be interested in how much protein per day your getting. My guess is not enough. Also what kind of work out do you do ie muscle groups, days, sets reps?h
