What about Serge Nubret, wes?! One meal and looked like a god.  :D

Vince Taylor, claims to eat only a couple of meals too.
So does Clarence Bass as well as many others,but these guys are genetic freaks,the average trainee that plans on looking somewhat like a bodybuilder,should eat more often IMO.

Also,Nubret,Taylor,as well as Bass are all older individuals who`ve trained for decades.

Bottom line is,if what your doing is working,stick to it but don`t be afraid to experiment with other strategies either.

Personally 10-12 pounds over contest weight is enough fat for me .............hard to lose a ton of fat if you want to hit the beach or do a contest.

I personally got a lot fatter than ever before as of late..........I ate like shit, and cut my training back......also zero cardio,and just completely lacked enthusiasm......I was burnt out.


I lost 22 pounds or so since April 11th. and tons of people are commenting how good and how different I look.

feels good to hear stuff like that ,just so you know that all the time and effort we put into training is impressive to others.

No ego,just feels good to hear.

WRONG? U DONT KNOW JACK SHIT. THERE'S NO RIGHT OR WRONG. IT DEPENDS ON A PERSON TO PERSON BASIS. I GET MAD BLOATED EATING A CUP OF RICE OR A BAKED POTATO WITH EACH MEAL. I TOOK SOME CARBS OUT AND PUT IN SOME HEALTHY FAT.

There are many ways to Rome my friends. Personally I lay around 6-7 meals including PWO shake. I could probably change my metabolism by having less meals, but adding more calories, but I have always done it this way, and prefer it this way.

According to god, natural trainers need 150 to 200 grams of protein per day. He also says that natural trainers can only digest 25 to 30 grams per meal, so that translates out to a minimum of 5 meals daily. Just saying

25 to 30 grams per meal? More like 25 to 30 grams per hour. And if you are eating food protein that digests at 5g/hour then just eat a big ass meal and let it provide you with protein for a sustained period. Six meals a day seems like such a ball ache now I have changed to 3 meals a day.
