In all seriousness I've been eating 2-3 meals a day for as long as I can remember now, probably more than 4 years. Makes no difference to me in terms of results whether it be dieting or adding size.
i also eat 3 or 4 times a day...
no on holliday only 2 or 3..
and indeed does not make a difference!
i eat a little more junk now, so am a bit more bloated....
but no fat gain, just keep your cals in check.
hollidays end this weekend for me.... so back on clean food....
but 3 or 4 meals a day.... any more and i just get fat... even when eating clean.
ony when on hgh you can eat a LOT!!
