My left Bicep has been spasming non-stop since my Monday lift. Not painful or anything just a little annoying, what would cause this?
-
It can be caused by some magnesium and potassium defiency. Try supplement with these 2 minerals, and if possible add creatine. It happens to me from time to time, especially when I am dehidrated... Try it.
