I asked him and he didnt get injured there.

I don't see the ultra rippedness you guys are seeing...I see a guy in close to contest shape with more Veins in his body then just about anyone else that ever existed...Paco has been super shredded in the past and he for sure is not shredded in these pictures like he used to be...Having tons of vascularity doesn't equate to being super shredded all the time...Paco will come in shape, but he was been way more ripped in the past...
To me he looks bloated with viens...And he is using way too much "Medicine"...2nd degree Palumboism/3rd degree Pacoism is in full effect... :-\

I agree........very thick and vascular,but not striated and no cross striations.
Maybe when he drops water he will be tighter looking.......frame looks almost overcrowded with muscle causing him to have zero aesthetics........very lean though.

all wrong. its called he shoots his anabolics and synthol in his front deltoid obvious and when you do that you take away growth from the upper chest . i have done that first hand and i calmed it down shooting the front deltoid and my upperchest grew back equal months at a time. trust me i know my shit !

The reason why I consider him as a buddy is not only because of his being a freaky pro, but also he is a huge fan of hard training and bodybuilding himself.
I met tons of bbers and the most of them are not so fan of bbing but they train for their insecurity and they dont like training because of it.
I am a huge fan of bbing and training itself. In this reason, i feel quite boring about the people around me. Thats why i am in here(Getbig) where i can meet some bbing fan like Stavios, Arvilla, SF(Dave), Meso....etc
So,Paco is the only guy who can talk and enjoying about bbing together in the real life.
Why dont I help him?

I believe that Paco will be "one of", "if not the hardest" Athletes at the New York Pro.....but in the past he also presented a equal package in the US, and didn´t make the top 5....
If the NY Pro would be held in St. Susanna he maybe would be the winner (guranteed top 3), in the US i believe it´s hard for him (even in that Top-shape) to make top 5.....he has no american sponsor behind him...and of course his Torso it´s not the same as his Arms and legs...which are his outstanding Bodyparts. But i like the fact that he is a Pro for over a decade who would be in 80-90 % of his competitions in a really great shape, and with leg/arm devolepment he´s always an eyecatcher.... !!

I've concluded that the best look for most guys is to get as big as they can naturally, at most; that should be the limit. Work hard long enough and that looks damn good, especially if after a long period of time you then refine that. Muscle with refinement and an athletic look is the way to go-can get bigger than Kyomu and look good.
Paco seems like a nice guy, but i wouldn't not want to wake up looking like that.
